Our Story

Where our mission began.

Catod Forum was founded in 2019 with a simple idea.

Public resources shape the future.

They deserve care, clarity, and responsibility.

As European funding programs continued to grow in scale and reach, the need for calm, independent oversight became increasingly clear.

Institutions and communities needed a trusted partner that could support transparency, responsible decision-making, and long-term public value.

Catod Forum was created to meet this need.

From the beginning, our work has focused on monitoring public projects and budgets, offering independent research, and providing thoughtful advisory support to institutions working across Europe.

We believe that strong governance does not need to be confrontational. It can be calm, balanced, and constructive.

Today, Catod Forum serves as an advisor to several EU-funded projects. Our work brings together specialists in finance, policy, governance, and sustainability who share a common commitment to transparency, accountability, and public trust.
